Raleigh native Melissa Tulis graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in May of 2013. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate on scholarship at Campbell University School of Law, graduating in 2016. She was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2016. While in law school, Ms. Tulis enjoyed serving the Triangle community, including representing low-income clients at Campbell’s Senior Law Clinic and the Wake County Public Defender’s Office.
When she’s not at the office, Ms. Tulis enjoys traveling, golf and watching Tarheel Basketball. Ms. Tulis joined Bagwell Holt Smith P.A. in November of 2017 to build the firm’s growing litigation practice. She practices civil litigation with a focus on property management and planned community litigation.
