Kelsey Hathaway is an associate attorney handling both commercial and residential transactions for the Southern Village office in Chapel Hill.
Having grown up in Raleigh, Ms. Hathaway attended Elon University where she graduated magna cum laude and Campbell University School of Law where she graduated with a specialty in trial advocacy. She has practiced law in multiple counties in North Carolina, having initially focused her legal career on criminal matters in both district and superior courts. With a passion for serving the underserved in North Carolina, Ms. Hathaway maintained an active docket of court appointed cases in addition to her pro bono efforts.
A member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Real Estate Lawyers Association of North Carolina (RELANC), Ms. Hathaway has been focused on real estate transactions since 2014, when she transitioned to real estate full time.
Kelsey spends any free time traveling, and, despite being anchored in Tar Heel territory, is a loyal Duke Blue Devils fan.
