Joseph R. John, Jr.
Joseph R. John, Jr., joined Bagwell Holt Smith P.A. in October, 2019, as part of the Firm’s Real Estate team.
Mr. John earned his law degree from North Carolina Central University Law School in 2017. During law school, Mr. John spent invaluable time clerking for Chief Judge Linda McGee of the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the Wake County Public Defender’s Office. Prior to law school, Mr. John received a Master’s in Public Administration from Western Carolina University while working as an assistant coach for the University of North Carolina at Asheville baseball team.
Before coming to Bagwell Holt Smith P.A., Mr. John worked in private practice where he mainly focused on commercial and residential real estate, litigation, and business law. Additionally, Mr. John has served as an Associate Attorney General at the North Carolina Department of Justice where he litigated appeals to the North Carolina Health Care Personnel Registry.
Mr. John works at the Firm’s Morrisville and Wake Forest locations and practices residential and commercial real estate.
