Shambree N. Duffy
Shambree N. Duffy is an Associate Attorney at Bagwell Holt Smith. Shambree joined the Firm in February 2022 as a Residential Real Estate Title Attorney. Shambree was born and raised in New Jersey where she attended Saint Peter’s University graduating in 2015. She then attended New York Law School and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2019.
Shambree began her legal career at a small boutique family law firm. She then relocated to North Carolina in 2019. Shambree has always had a passion for real estate which was confirmed for herself after the time spent in family law. With the relocation, she felt it was time to focus on where her interests lie and that has paid off for her, both personally and professionally. Shambree has been practicing Real Estate Law since she was admitted into the North Carolina Bar in 2020, shortly after the move. Shambree has always felt that assisting people in buying a home, whether they are first time home buyers, investors, or just looking to relocate is very rewarding.
In her free time, Shambree loves hanging out at home or with friends. She also enjoys playing soccer, laying out at the beach or pool and cheering on her Dallas Cowboys! While being in North Carolina, she has also developed a love for hiking as North Carolina has many trails to explore.
