Danielle Irwin

Danielle Irwin is an associate attorney handling residential real estate transactions in the firm’s Wilmington office. She gained her bachelor’s degree in Political Science at UNC-Chapel Hill in 2008. After obtaining her Master’s degree in Public Administration in 2010, she worked as a development officer in the nonprofit sector. She pursued her law degree as an evening student at NCCU School of Law and graduated cum laude in 2016. She was admitted to the North Carolina bar the same year. She joined Bagwell Holt Smith in 2022 and practices residential real estate law in the firm’s Wilmington office. Danielle enjoys helping guide clients through the home buying process.

Danielle lives in Wilmington with her husband and two sons. Outside of the office, she enjoys cheering for the Tar Heels, playing tennis, and spending time with family.
